Joel & Michelle - December 26, 2010

The day after Christmas while all of you where sleeping in, eating leftover turkey and playing with your new toys we were in Tyrone photographing Joel and Michelle's wedding.  Michelle, originally from PA, made the trip all the way from England where she has been living for the past 7 years.  Joel had a slightly longer commute, making the 30+ hour voyage (thanks to snow storms in Europe) from Malaysia.  We never got the whole story on how the two ever ended up together but we sure are glad they did.  Joel, a former photojournalist and avid photographer himself, was a tough customer but a great guy and the two together where are a wonderful couple who are happy to have been able to work with.

Laurie and Neil Maternity Session

We photographed Laurie and Neil's wedding a few years ago and were thrilled when they called and said they were expecting a baby and wanted to do some maternity photos.  They are waiting to find out whether it's a boy or girl so we kept the shots as neutral as possible but are thrilled with the results.

Ann and Jason Wedding

Ann and Jason were married at Grace Lutheran Church with their reception at the C. Barton McCann School of Art.  It was a cold but beautiful day and we got some really fun and unique photos.

Ann's son Jack was a big part of the day - he was however, a bit... reluctant.

Jason Narber form Narber's floral just happens to be Ann's brother-in-law,
so naturally she got hooked up with fantastic flowers!

Walking toward the sculpture gardens at the McCann School.

Looking up into the tower in the art gallery at the McCann School.  Special thanks to Allan for getting us inside the gallery and helping out all evening.

Jason and his Fraternity brothers serenading his new bride.

Jason and one of his Italian friends teaching everyone an Italian group dance - kind of like the Italian Macarena.
